由于涪江上游富金坝电站蓄水倒灌，导致上和镇石镜村白鹤溪水面长有大量水葫芦，对水域生态系统造成巨大威胁。11月24日，区水务集团联合上和镇部分镇村干部组成“碧水保卫突击队”开展为期一周的联合清漂。

记者在现场看到，机械化清漂船正在河道中来回穿梭，清理河道中的水葫芦及其他水面漂浮物，同时工作人员利用打捞船将河道中间的水葫芦打捞上船，再由岸边工作人员铲除上岸，确保水葫芦得到全面清理。

“接下来，我们将积极发动群众和志愿者参与河道保洁工作，推进‘清漂’工作常态化规范化，共同打造‘河畅、水清、堤固、岸绿、景美’的生态环境。”区水务集团潼清污水处理有限公司经理李曦说。
