《医药代表管理办法》8月1日起施行，规定医药代表应具有医学、药学或相关专业大专及以上学历，并掌握相关药物临床理论知识；医药代表不得存在承担药品销售任务、给予回扣或变相利益等9种禁止性情形，严格防范商业贿赂行为。
